Happening CSAE Standards

Happening — Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Last updated: May 5, 2026

1. Our Commitment

Happening has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The safety of minors on our platform is a top priority. We strictly prohibit any content, conduct, or accounts that exploit, endanger, or sexualize children, and we take decisive action against violations.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Happening and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including any photograph, video, illustration, or computer-generated imagery that sexually exploits a minor
  • Sexually explicit, suggestive, or implied sexual content involving anyone under the age of 18
  • Grooming, sexual solicitation, or attempts to engage minors in sexual conversations or activity
  • Sexualized commentary on photos or videos of minors
  • Sharing or trading of CSAM, including links, file references, or coded language
  • Sextortion of minors or threats to share intimate imagery of a minor
  • Promotion or facilitation of child trafficking, child marriage, or child prostitution
  • Predatory behavior, including impersonating minors or attempting to identify, locate, or contact minors for harmful purposes
  • Off-platform conduct involving minors that comes to our attention

3. Age Requirements

  • Happening is intended for users aged 13 and older
  • Users must provide accurate age information when creating an account
  • We may suspend accounts where there is reasonable evidence the account holder is under 13
  • Accounts identified as belonging to minors under 13 will be removed

4. Reporting Mechanisms

We provide multiple ways for users and the public to report CSAE-related concerns:

  • In-app reporting: Users can report any post, comment, or account directly through the app
  • Email: Reports can be sent to report@kamagram.com or support@kamagram.com
  • Urgent reports: For imminent danger to a child, please contact local law enforcement first, then notify us

All reports are reviewed promptly. We aim to respond to CSAE-related reports within 24 hours.

5. Enforcement

When we identify CSAE content or conduct, we take the following actions:

  • Immediate content removal: Violating content is removed as soon as it is identified
  • Account termination: Accounts found responsible are permanently banned without warning
  • Preservation of evidence: Relevant data is preserved for law enforcement
  • Reporting to authorities: Confirmed CSAM is reported to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline, and to local law enforcement in the jurisdictions where Happening operates, including the Rwanda National Police
  • Cooperation: We cooperate with law enforcement investigations and respond to lawful requests for user information related to CSAE

6. Detection and Prevention

To prevent CSAE on Happening, we:

  • Review content reported by users and remove violating material
  • Monitor for known CSAM signatures using industry-standard hashing techniques where applicable
  • Restrict features that could be misused to identify or contact minors
  • Provide privacy controls (private plans, follow approval) so users, including minors, can control who sees their content
  • Train our moderation team on CSAE indicators and response protocols
  • Continuously review and improve our safety practices

7. User Responsibilities

Users of Happening agree to:

  • Not post, share, or solicit CSAE content
  • Report any CSAE-related content or conduct they encounter
  • Refrain from contacting users they have reason to believe are minors for inappropriate purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding the protection of children

8. Cooperation with Industry and Authorities

Happening commits to:

  • Reporting confirmed CSAM to NCMEC's CyberTipline (cybertipline.org) as required by U.S. law
  • Cooperating with the Rwanda Investigation Bureau and relevant child protection authorities
  • Engaging with industry programs that combat CSAE where feasible
  • Maintaining transparency about our enforcement of these standards

9. Updates to These Standards

We review and update these standards regularly to reflect new threats, technology, and best practices. Material changes will be communicated through the app and on our website.
