TTICER was established in 2016 with the vision of serving the educational and professional needs and gaps in the energy sector of Africa.

TTICER aspire, to earn a reputation of integrity by guaranteeing to offer excellent short trainings and courses (2-5days) using the “TTICER learning method”, and to be rated as the best training center in Africa.

TTICER is the right place for all Rwandan, East African and African professionals, young and seasoned that are interested in both personal and professional growth. TTICER’s aim is to prepare them for current and future oil and gas challenges in the region.

TTICER learning method

TTICER learning method is a concept that was developed by Eva Peza, CEO of Black Swan Energy Services, an Oklahoma based energy Service Company.

She first was introduced to this concept while pursuing her masters in ENSPM, Rueil-Malmaison, which she later refined through her career as a 3D Reservoir Modeler in oil and Gas industry and further while developing internal training classes for Schlumberger and university courses for University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University in the capacity of guest lecturer and an adjunct professor respectively.

TTICER learning method core value is a combination of theory, individual exercises and team projects.

Classes are divided in three levels (basic, intermediate and advanced) and customized classes for individuals and oil and gas companies.
