Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:30 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Children aged 0-6 years stay free of charge. Children aged 7-11 years receive 50% off the adult rate. Children 12 years and above are charged the full adult rate.
We request that you notify us of any cancellation or amendment at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. Late cancellations or amendments will incur 100% of the accommodation charge.
For gorilla trekking, choose Mountain Gorilla View Lodge in Musanze. For wildlife safaris, stay at Akagera Safari Camp. For business or city visits, Flame Tree Village in Kigali is ideal. For lake relaxation, Kivu Lodge in Karongi offers stunning views.
