These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of TapLingo, a translation keyboard app developed by Kamagram ("we", "our", or "us"). By using TapLingo, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TapLingo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

TapLingo is a keyboard application that provides real-time translation between supported languages. The app is available with a free tier (limited daily translations) and a paid subscription tier (unlimited translations).

3. Account Registration

You may use TapLingo anonymously with limited features or sign in with Apple or Google for an enhanced experience. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

TapLingo Pro

  • TapLingo Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play).
  • No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.

Free Tier

Free users receive a limited number of daily translations. These limits may change at our discretion.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use TapLingo for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent daily translation limits or subscription requirements
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the service
  • Transmit harmful, threatening, or objectionable content through the translation service

6. Intellectual Property

TapLingo, including its design, code, logos, and content, is the property of Kamagram and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TapLingo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • Translations will be accurate, complete, or error-free
  • The service will be uninterrupted or available at all times
  • The app will be compatible with all devices or operating systems

Translation output is generated by AI and should not be relied upon for legal, medical, or other critical communications.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kamagram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of TapLingo, including but not limited to damages from inaccurate translations, service interruptions, or data loss.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TapLingo at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TapLingo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kamagram operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
